    Featured on the Fine Living Television Show Special 'Around the World In 80 Homes'. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood out of the tourist area, yet within a five-minute walk of Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. Just a few blocks from a couple of metro stops (Anvers & Cadet), and a 10-15 minute walk to the Galleries Lafayette. During the 19th century this area boasted the most well known cabarets, taverns, and dance halls. A few blocks to the west was the Nouvelle-Athenes, the gathering place for Impressionists. It has been decorated by a Parisian artist during Spring 2000 and offers some great specials apart from all of the modern conveniences including a huge round bathtub, an electrical adjustable bed system on the king-size bed, flat plasma panoramic TV with Dolby-surround DVD, professional built-in espresso maker, and privalite division between the bath and the sleeping area.

A bit further , but still at walking distance are the Royal Gardens and the Louvre. As you stroll the surrounding area, you will find many restaurants, shops and craftsman nearby.

    Refunds / Cancellations: In case of cancellation more than 15 days before arrival - you get a 125 Euro payback and a 10 % discount on your next stay.

    For later cancellations I strongly advise you to take a travel - insurance but you will always get the 10 % discount on your next stay.
