PROPERTY OWNERS AND MANAGERS 
Should Plan Find Go... be unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, Plan Find Go... can not be held liable for any costs beyond the actual costs (prorated) paid by the client for the services.
By using or continuing to use Plan Find Go... services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer. 

The following information applies to subscribers (vacation rental property owners with active listings on Plan Find Go...'s web site.):

EMAIL DISCLAIMER 
Plan Find Go... will not be held responsible or liable in any way for email communications between property owners and vacationers. Travelers are responsible for providing a valid email address to owners when reserving a property. 

POLICY FOR PROPERTIES TAKEN OFF THE MARKET 
To remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate your Plan Find Go... listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your Plan Find Go... listing stays in force throughout the original term and your renewal date will not change. 

REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY DUE TO SALE OF PROPERTY 
Should you sell your property, your Plan Find Go... listing may be transferred to a new owner for a (one time) $20 transfer fee. No cash refund will be given. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Plan Find Go... reserves the right to cancel any ad at its sole discretion and for any reason. Should it do so, Plan Find Go... will not be responsible for any costs beyond refund of the actual costs (prorated) paid by the client for the services. 

CONTENT POLICY 
Plan Find Go... is not responsible for the advertisers' content and makes no warranties or guarantees about the services advertised. 

LIABILITY 
Plan Find Go... will not be held liable for any personal or property damages caused directly or indirectly by the customers that Plan Find Go... generates for subscribers. Plan Find Go... is not responsible for information provided by such customers and makes no warranties or guarantees about the legitimacy or authenticity of the provided information.
