Stunning 2br 2ba NEW luxury residence in majestic Playa Penca, Costa Rica. Only yards from a secluded beach, this condo was completed in August 2008. Great vacation spot includes pool jacuzzi, all surrounded by lush landscaping. Master suite with both Jacuzzi tub and Roman shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds which can be pulled together for a king sized bed. Handmade tiles in bathroom and ceramic tile floors throughout. Playa Penca is off the beaten path. During low tide, it's possible to beach hop but the immediate neighborhood does not offer much in terms of bar hopping. It is a quiet area for those that want to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of Costa Rica with some privacy. The road leading up to Playa Penca from Protrero was just repaved and is not as bumpy and dusty as it once was. Many activities, such as fishing, boating, snorkeling and horseback riding are within a short 10 minute drive. For those who want some nightlife (bars, dancing, gambling) Playa Flamingo is a short 10 minute drive. River rafting, zip lining, jungle walking trips can all be arranged through the rental office at the front of the condominium. Although there are a couple of local restaurants in front of the condominium, the best ones are located 10 minutes away in Flamingo. Check in and check out is simple, because the property management firm is on site. Housecleaning comes twice per week, and for an extra fee we can arrange to have them come more frequently. Hello. My name is Julian and here's a little information about myself. I was born in Central Florida and have lived here most of my life. I've spent many years both travelling and studying abroad, but always return to the lovely surroundings of Central Florida.

Why the Owner Chose Tamarindo, Guanacaste:
The Timucua and the Calusa were the earliest known inhabitants of the land that would become Winter Haven. Both of these groups were deeply impacted by war and disease from the Spanish conquest of Florida in the early 1500s. The Timucua were particularly affected by the expedition of Hernando de Soto. By the 19th century, both these groups no longer existed. During these expeditions the Spanish explorers claimed the entire peninsula of Florida for the Spanish monarchy
