While children are allowed, there is not a lot for school age children to do in our complex. There is a water park just down the street and if you are here for a long term and Spanish is spoken somewhat there may be opportunity for involvement in the community. We are on the ground floor, but there two steps into our condo so it is somewhat suitable for a wheelchair. There are no steps from our unit to the pool area, including hot tub. A list of local activities can be made available through the local publications as well as communication with ourselves. We expect guests to provide their own toiletries, etc., however, there are some supplies available to get started. There is a minimum one month rental.
