The apartment building is in prime location in the centre of Vienna. Around the corner is the largest open market of Europe, the multicultural Viennese Naschmarkt with the flea market at its end. The Central Subway Station 'Karlsplatz' is just 3 minutes away from the building. The most important tourist attractions, cultural, shopping and entertainment centres of the city, are either within a few minutes walking distance or ride from the Central subway Station. The most important sights are: The Viennese Sezession (art gallery), State Opera House, Museums Quarter with Leopold Museum, Museum of Natural History and Art, Imperial Palace of Vienna (Hofburg), St. Charls Cathedral, St. Stephan's Cathedral, Spanish Riding School, Vienna Concert House. All above sights are within walking distance including the 2 largest shopping streets of Vienna with 'Kärtnerstraße and Mariahilferstraße'.
The supermarket is just around the corner in the same building. The post office is in front of the building and a few banks are with ATM-Machines are in walking distance. All other shops for daily need (pharmacy, tobacco shop, dry cleaning etc) are very close to the building. Further more the largest open market of Europe, the multicultural Naschmarkt' is right at the corner. The 2 most important Viennese shopping streets are in 7-10 minutes walk to the apartment building.

Arriving by car: Arriving from the West Motorway (A 1): At the end of the motorway (A1) keep on driving straight until you pass 'Castle of Schoenbrunn'; keep on driving straight until 'Schoennbrunnerstrasse' remain on this street and follow the traffic sign 'Zentrum' = center. Approximately at the number 56 on Schoenbrunnerstrasse bend to the left direction city centre into 'Rechte Wienzeile'. Drive straighton. First you come on the' Hamburgerstrasse' and then on 'Rechte Wienzeile'. Remain on this street. Almost at the end of this road turn right into the ' Faulmangasse'. The first small road on the right is the Muehlgasse. The first house is No. 6, which is your final destination. Arriving from the Southern Motorway (A2): You will enter 'Triesterstraße'. Keep driving straight on on 'Triester Strasse'. You will reach 'Guertel'. Drive under a railway viaduct, keep straight on and hold the left trace and drive straightforward on the 'Reinprechtsdorferstrasse'. You will enter 'Schoennbrunnerstrasse'.
